- Be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- Have been purchased within the last 30 days.
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Not be a final sale, clearance, or customized item.
2. How to Request a Return

- Your order number and purchase receipt.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
- Photos of the product if it arrived defective or damaged.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, except for defective or incorrect items.
